You can browse our scents, bookmarks and stories, send us an order request, track an order and sign in to see your past orders. We don’t take card payments on this website, so we never see or store card details.
When you send an order request we store your name, email address, delivery address and postcode, your phone number if you give it, the items you chose, and any gift message or note. We use this to confirm, deliver and look after your order, and we keep it as part of our business records.
To show you your orders, we email you a one-time sign-in link. We keep only a scrambled copy of it, and it stops working once used or after 30 minutes. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
We only use the cookies needed for signing in. Your bag and your choice to pause or play the moving illustrations are saved in your browser’s local storage, so they are still there when you come back. You can clear them at any time in your browser’s settings.
We email you about your order: when we receive it, and when it is confirmed, sent, delivered or cancelled. We also send sign-in links when you ask for one. We don’t send marketing emails.
We have not added any advertising or analytics tools to this website. Our website, database and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes the information needed to run them.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Some records, such as orders, may need to be kept for legal reasons. Email info@cambridgestories.com with any privacy question.
