We are focusing on UK orders. Include your delivery postcode and we will confirm whether we can deliver your products to you.
We confirm the delivery charge and estimated timing in writing before an order is accepted. Tell us if you need it by a particular date.
For standard goods bought at a distance, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to send them back. Email us for return instructions.

For a valid cancellation, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they were sent, whichever is earlier. Eligible standard delivery charges are included.

Every Cambridge Story has its own illustrated scented bookmark, and each bookmark links back to its story, so you can choose a place, tradition or moment that means something to you or to the person you are giving it to.

No. We are an independent brand founded by a Cambridge graduate and inspired by the city and its stories. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Cambridge or its colleges.
Follow the label supplied with your product. Keep fragrance away from children, pets, heat, naked flames and delicate surfaces. Place reed diffusers on a stable, protected surface, as the oil can mark wood, paint and plastics.
Spray into the air, away from your face, and only as directed on the label. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and do not spray onto fabrics or polished surfaces.
Scented paper can mark very delicate or antique pages, so handle it with care and keep it away from precious books and papers.
Rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation continues, or if a product is swallowed, seek medical advice and have the product label with you.
